Question 1

How much does bird mesh cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size and layout of your array, so every quote is priced on the actual job. Send through your suburb and a photo of your roof and we will come back with a fixed price. Quotes are free.

Question 2

Will the mesh damage my roof or void my warranty?

Accepted Answer

No. The mesh clips to the panel frames, not the roof. Nothing is drilled into your tiles or sheeting, and no part of the install touches the panels themselves.

Question 3

What happens to the birds already nesting?

Accepted Answer

Existing nests and debris are cleared before the mesh goes on. Nothing gets sealed in.

Question 4

How long does an install take?

Accepted Answer

Most residential jobs are finished in a single visit, usually two to four hours depending on the size of the array and the roof access.

Question 5

How often should panels be cleaned?

Accepted Answer

Twice a year suits most Sydney homes. If you are near the coast, under trees, or on a main road, more often. Returning customers on a six month cycle get 20% off.

Question 6

Do you clean panels with chemicals?

Accepted Answer

No. Purified water and a soft brush only. Detergents leave a residue that attracts more dirt and can affect panel warranties.

Question 7

Do you do commercial work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Same services on commercial roofs and larger arrays. Get in touch with the site details and we will quote it.
